Savannah Monitor

Name - Romeo

Gender - male

Age- adult

Length -about 3 to 3 1/2 feet.

Health – Appears to be in good health.  Parasite free.  Scraped the skin off of his back in the cage he was formally housed in.  Healing nicely.

History-Animal was not getting the attention it needed so it was relinquished.

 

Attitude -Does not like being handled, and will bite.  Romeo is pretty calm in the enclosure.  This monitor is for advanced reptile keepers only.

Feeding - Eating  frozen/thawed mice, and would like more.

Bearded Dragon

Name - Sandy

Gender - male

Age- adult

Length -17 inches

Health – Appears to be in good health.

History-Son went out of state to college, and parent did not wish to take care of the reptiles.

Attitude -Squirmy when first picked up.

Feeding - Eating superworms, crickets and greens.

Leopard Gecko

Name-Ms. Magoo

Gender- female

Age-adult

Length-About 6 inches snout to vent, 10 inches to tip of tail.

History- Arrived with an abscess covering her entire face.  Our vet removed the abscess successfully and put her on Fortaz injections to prevent or cure any infection.

Attitude-Active but easy to handle.

Feeding- She is now able to see and catch gut-loaded waxworms and mealworms, but not crickets so far.   She also enjoys liquid crested gecko diet.
